Responsibilities include complex calendar management, meeting and event coordination, executive communications, travel and expense management, confidential information handling, leadership cadence support, action tracking, and process improvement. The role serves as a liaison among executives, employees, partners, vendors, and stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring effective execution during periods of rapid change.

Own technical product initiatives from ideation through execution, using SQL, dashboards, and user behavior data to define metrics and optimize the user funnel and internal systems. Translate operational requirements into technical product specifications, align engineering and cross-functional stakeholders, prioritize initiatives, launch features, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. The role emphasizes scalable systems, automation, quality, documentation, and measurable business outcomes.

Provide proactive legal counsel to Product and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle, implement privacy-by-design, lead privacy assessments (including AI features), draft and maintain user-facing product legal documents, advise on data-sharing/vendor integrations and ad/marketing compliance, and build playbooks to scale product operations while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
