Provide technical product support and applications engineering for Socomec electrical products: troubleshoot issues, train customers and sales, build demos/tests, update documentation, manage partner integrations, perform site audits and presentations, and improve internal tools and processes.

Manage full billing and collections cycle, including invoicing, payment posting, account reconciliation, dispute resolution, collections, AR reporting, month-end support, and process improvement to optimize cash flow.

Drive sales and business development for Battery Energy Storage Systems across community, commercial, industrial and data center markets. Build and manage key accounts, execute strategic account plans, qualify opportunities, coordinate cross-functional delivery, use Salesforce for pipeline management, and represent the company to grow revenue and profitability.

Provide technical support and product recommendations to sales teams, reps, distributors, and customers. Troubleshoot issues, conduct site audits, demos, trainings and presentations, prepare reports and proposals, and collaborate with marketing and product teams. Serve as a product expert for Socomec equipment and ensure compliance with applicable electrical standards.

Act as primary customer contact supporting sales managers: handle inbound calls, create quotations, manage end-to-end order process through invoicing, coordinate with warehouses and factory, monitor inventory and shipments, resolve invoice/questions and returns, and ensure proactive, timely communication and issue resolution.
