Leads advanced data analysis to guide product and business decisions, develops metrics, dashboards, data products, and AI-enabled reporting systems, and translates findings into strategic recommendations. Partners with data engineers on dimensional data models, data governance, and quality controls. Mentors analysts, aligns roadmaps with business priorities, improves problem framing, and communicates insights effectively to technical and business stakeholders.

Serve as the first GTM finance business partner, building forecasting, KPIs (CAC, LTV, payback), pricing and P&L models, headcount and commission modeling, monthly and annual planning, and systems/tooling to support Sales and Marketing decision-making and ROI-driven growth.

The Proposals Pricing Analyst will conduct claims analysis and create deliverables to assist the sales team in demonstrating SmithRx's value. They will query large datasets, provide insights from historical data, and prepare client-ready reports while collaborating with internal teams.
