Develop PoCs, demos, architecture designs, RFP/RFI responses, data migration plans, and technical presentations. Act as trusted advisor, collaborate with sales, product, and engineering, and guide customers through adoption and implementation while improving product and sales processes.

Lead strategy and delivery for cloud platform, deployment automation, and managed services. Build and grow multidisciplinary teams, define IaC/CI-CD/GitOps practices, ensure platform reliability, security-by-design, regulatory compliance, and customer success. Partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success, manage contracts, budgets, incident response, and program governance to scale SaaS and managed service offerings.

The Senior Cloud Engineer will design, build, and maintain cloud services, focusing on SaaS applications, deployment artifacts, and automation pipelines, while ensuring scalable and secure cloud solutions.

Design and drive multi‑tenant multi‑cloud architecture and security for a managed services FHIR-based platform. Develop reference architectures, automation, cost tracking, compliance controls, and documentation; lead proofs of concept, stakeholder briefings, and mentor teams to ensure secure, scalable Azure/AWS/GCP deployments.

Serve as primary implementation and operational lead for assigned customers, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure onboarding, delivery, escalation management, SOW support, adoption, renewals, and long-term customer success.

Design, develop and execute performance, load, stress and regression tests for API and web applications. Model scenarios, analyze NFRs and bottlenecks, maintain test frameworks, report metrics, and collaborate with development and infra teams to improve scalability and reliability.
