Smartleaf Benefits Overview

Administer and improve Smartleaf’s internal productivity and IT systems, including Google Workspace, Zoom, SaaS tools, device provisioning, MDM, onboarding and offboarding, access management, and vendor relationships. Provide desktop support for macOS and Debian Linux, automate manual processes with scripting, document systems, and improve self-service resources. The role is approximately 75% systems work and 25% support, with occasional assistance to the Operations team.

Manage daily client use of Smartleaf’s wealth-management platform and advisory services. Provide production support, triage and resolve client issues, handle escalations, deliver ad hoc training, maintain reference materials, monitor client relationships, and recommend process improvements. The role combines client relationship management, technical troubleshooting, platform adoption, and operational coordination while serving as a trusted advisor to wealth-management firms.

Lead enterprise client implementations from sales-to-service transition through go-live. Translate client objectives into project plans, coordinate internal specialists and external stakeholders, manage technical integrations and workflow automation, track progress and hours, mitigate risks, maintain accountability, and report project status. The role focuses on delivering complex FinTech implementations on schedule while improving processes and client outcomes.
