Build, scale, and modernize SmartAsset’s web platform and content management systems across front-end and back-end services. Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders in an Agile environment, contribute to technical architecture and decisions, support roadmap execution, improve processes, and help maintain highly available web products. The role also involves mentoring teammates, managing technical risks, and working remotely with senior engineers and architects.

Handle high-volume outbound calls to connect consumers with vetted financial advisors, schedule consultations, meet performance metrics, log interactions in CRM, escalate recurring issues, and share process-improvement insights while supporting cross-functional projects.

Produces personal finance data studies, analyzes datasets, and pitches findings to trade, financial, and consumer media. Manages digital brand reputation, coordinates compliance-reviewed responses, creates and tracks social content for LinkedIn and X, and monitors competitors, regulatory developments, and industry narratives. The role requires strong public-facing writing, data interpretation, research, media outreach, SEO awareness, and familiarity with financial services and AI tools.

Lead advisor-facing demand generation for the Advisor Marketing Platform: develop ICPs, positioning, multi-channel campaigns, webinars/events, content and enablement, run experiments with Marketing Operations, and scale repeatable playbooks to grow MQLs, SALs, and pipeline.

Work on the Web Platform team to design, build, and scale a new content management system. Contribute to front- and backend services, participate in Agile sprints, make technical decisions, mentor teammates, and help migrate and improve content delivery and cloud infrastructure.
