Lead clinic sales and client service as a part-time keyholder: provide personalized skincare consultations, promote treatments and products, coach and support team members, manage scheduling and basic retail operations, and maintain clinic efficiency, safety, and culture. Must achieve sales and retention targets while covering shifts and occasionally supporting other clinics.

Lead by example in a clinic retail environment to drive sales, onboard and retain clients, coordinate scheduling, support clinic operations, mentor team members, and uphold safety and service standards. Meet sales targets, promote products and services, and occasionally cover other clinic locations.

Lead sales on the clinic floor by meeting sales and conversion goals, delivering client education on products and treatments, supporting retention and loyalty programs, and coaching peers. Execute opening/closing, register reconciliation, inventory, merchandising, and operational checklists. Provide shift-level guidance, support onboarding, escalate issues to leadership, and ensure compliance, safety, and high-quality client experiences in an on-site, weekend-required role.

Support the Clinic Manager in driving sales, client retention, and daily clinic operations. Lead and coach staff, manage schedules/timecards, maintain inventory and safety, and ensure excellent customer experiences. Fill-in as acting manager and use KPIs to meet revenue goals.
