Serve as strategic HR consultant for multiple client accounts, managing employee lifecycle, employee relations, performance programs, and HR initiatives. Leverage HR technology, lead client-facing projects, coordinate HR teams, and drive process improvements to strengthen client HR programs and support growth.

Provide sales and technical support for surveying, engineering, and construction instruments: demo products, answer customer questions, prepare quotes, handle orders/repairs, coordinate training/events, troubleshoot software/hardware, and obtain Part 107 drone certification to support sUAS sales and mapping initiatives.

Manage complex, multi-state payrolls and reviews, resolve payroll discrepancies, support audits, tax and year-end reporting, maintain payroll systems data, produce reports, and mentor payroll specialists while collaborating with client managers and internal teams.

Lead complex HCM implementations, integrations, and large-scale data migrations. Act as a client-facing subject matter expert providing solution design, project leadership, change management, compliance guidance, vendor coordination, and technical mentorship to internal teams to ensure successful HCM adoption and optimized HR technology solutions.
