Identifies workforce trends, skill gaps, training needs, and organizational challenges while supporting workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and HR program adoption. Uses workforce data and leader feedback to recommend improvements and collaborates with HR Generalists to address employee and organizational needs.

Leads and scales the Projects Department across New England and Upstate New York. Oversees project execution, contract administration, procurement coordination, installations, financial performance, customer relationships, operational processes, performance metrics, and team development. Partners with divisional and corporate leadership to drive growth, profitability, standardization, continuous improvement, and successful delivery of commercial foodservice projects.
