Provides hospitality and operational support at a private aviation terminal. Responsibilities include aircraft marshalling, fueling, de-icing, towing, ground power, baggage and cargo handling, shuttle transportation, equipment operation, ramp maintenance, safety compliance, emergency response, recordkeeping, and personalized guest service. The role requires outdoor work around active aircraft, schedule flexibility, physical ability, communication skills, and adherence to airport security and operational procedures.

Provide exceptional guest-facing hospitality and perform airside ground operations (fueling, de-icing, towing, marshalling, baggage/cargo handling, shuttle driving). Operate ground service equipment, maintain ramp safety and security, complete documentation, follow SOPs and emergency procedures, and cooperate with crew, vendors, and team members.

Provide exceptional, personalized guest service and perform airside ground operations (fueling, de-icing, marshalling, towing, baggage/cargo handling). Operate ground service equipment and shuttle vehicles, maintain ramp safety and security, complete accurate records, follow SOPs and emergency procedures, and pass required background, drug, and vision checks. Schedule flexibility for nights, weekends, and outdoor work required.

Deliver personalized, safe airside service for private aviation guests including operating ground service equipment, fueling, de-icing, marshalling, luggage handling, shuttle driving, and maintaining ramp safety, records, and regulatory/compliance protocols while providing high-quality hospitality.

Leads the data science roadmap and manages Data Scientists and Analysts while remaining hands-on. Designs data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, analytical datasets, machine learning models, predictive analytics, optimization, and AI solutions. Partners with executives and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions, establish success metrics, improve data governance, and deliver measurable operational and financial value. Coaches team members, develops organizational capabilities, and communicates analytical outcomes to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Serve as regional safety business partner for Western Signature Aviation locations: advise leaders, identify and mitigate operational risks, lead investigations, conduct audits and field assessments, analyze safety and operational data, coach on high-risk programs (fueling, deicing), support emergency response and compliance with U.S. and international safety regulations, and drive enterprise safety initiatives.

Act as the primary HR Business Partner for Area Directors and General Managers, translating business priorities into people strategies. Lead talent lifecycle activities, coach leaders, manage complex employee relations and union matters, drive organizational effectiveness, enable change, and use workforce data to inform HR solutions and compliance.
