Lead and scale ShipBob's strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories. Develop category strategies, run RFx processes, negotiate high-value contracts, build vendor performance and compliance frameworks (SOX/SOC II), manage and develop the procurement team, partner cross-functionally, drive cost savings and process scalability, and implement change management to embed disciplined procurement practices.

Leads end-to-end operational onboarding for merchants across ShipBob’s U.S. fulfillment network. Coordinates Fulfillment Center Operations, Engineering, Merchant Success, Forecasting, Analytics, and Sales to manage implementation milestones, resolve fulfillment issues, mitigate risk, optimize merchant placement, and ensure operational readiness before handoff. The role manages multiple concurrent implementations, supports custom packaging and SKU requirements, analyzes volume forecasts, and serves as the primary escalation point during initial onboarding.

Develop and optimize supply chain and warehouse processes across facilities. Identify waste, improve fulfillment and transportation efficiency, lead continuous improvement and corrective action teams, create process documentation and CAD drawings, analyze operational data, establish metrics, support automation and equipment planning, and train teams on lean and process control methods. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, floor-level troubleshooting, project management, quality compliance, and up to 30% travel.
