Leads and supports commercial real estate acquisitions from sourcing and underwriting through closing, operational enhancement, and disposition. Responsibilities include building Excel and Argus models, conducting market research, analyzing investment structures and returns, preparing investment committee materials, managing due diligence, supporting joint venture and loan closings, tracking asset performance, and maintaining relationships with brokers, developers, sellers, lenders, and other market participants. Extensive travel and networking are required.

Assists the Acquisitions team with financial modeling, cash-flow analysis, market research, valuation, and due diligence for industrial real estate acquisitions, joint ventures, and development opportunities. Prepares investment committee memoranda, ownership reports, and market projections; coordinates third-party reports; analyzes leases and competitive markets; and supports valuation discussions and transaction presentations.

Senior Transaction Counsel will advise a commercial real estate investment firm on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures, leasing, and property operations. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating PSAs, loan documents, leases, commercial contracts, LLC agreements, and vendor agreements; managing due diligence, closings, title matters, and outside counsel; and supporting entity governance and business teams with practical legal guidance.

Support sourcing, underwriting, closing, and asset management for special situations real estate deals. Build financial and cash-flow models, prepare investment memoranda and investor reporting, track development budgets and schedules, assist due diligence, coordinate with consultants, analyze operations and performance, and maintain comparable deal databases to support strategic initiatives and Opportunity Zone investments.
