The role collaborates with stakeholders and virtual teams throughout project lifecycles, applies ServiceNow best practices, supports agile and waterfall methodologies, and helps improve and automate business processes. Travel of up to 20% is expected.

Provide ServiceNow technical expertise for enterprise clients: attend workshops, develop, configure, integrate, test, and deploy solutions; maintain best practices and stay current with platform updates.

Set and execute technical direction for enterprise ServiceNow projects. Lead design and technical workshops, own architecture and deliverables end-to-end, oversee development/testing/deployment, support pre-sales, and stay current on ServiceNow platform and best practices. Travel up to 20%.
