Lead development and launch of internal tools and platform capabilities, solving ambiguous problems from discovery through scale. Own 0-to-1 and 1-to-N product work, partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, and stakeholders, influence architecture, manage risks and integrations, and deliver operationally robust solutions including AI and payment-sensitive systems.

Own roadmap and strategy for connected-vehicle platform services and internal operational tooling (charging management, subscriptions, app-to-vehicle commands). Partner cross-functionally to define APIs, integrations, and admin tools, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure scalable operations and reliable customer experiences.

Own roadmap and strategy for identity and access management and resource management platform products. Define unified identity models, access controls, provisioning, and auditing across systems and vehicles. Partner with security, engineering, legal, and operations to deliver scalable workflows, integrations, and adoption for internal teams, partners, and fleet use cases.

Perform technical causal and routine functional/feature analysis in the Vehicle Analysis Center to identify and resolve complex production and customer issues. Work cross-functionally to develop and monitor corrective actions, create standardized procedures, support launches and ramp-ups, train assembly staff on quality standards (including VDA), and drive continuous improvement using data-driven, DMAIC and Six Sigma methods.

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining iOS applications, driving technical architecture, and promoting knowledge sharing within the team.
