Manage end-to-end multi-state payroll processing, including payroll approvals, taxes, deductions, garnishments, reconciliations, accruals, reporting, audits, and year-end activities. Ensure compliance with payroll laws and company policies, maintain controls and records, administer payroll systems, resolve complex employee inquiries, and partner with HR, business leaders, and external vendors.

Provides scientific and operational leadership for clinical bioanalysis across Phase 1–3 programs. Oversees PK, PD, biomarker, and immunogenicity assays; CRO and laboratory activities; assay validation; sample analysis; data interpretation; regulatory documentation; vendor performance; and inspection readiness. Lead biomarker strategy and execution for preclinical neuromuscular disease programs. Develop fit-for-purpose assays, design rodent pharmacology studies, oversee CROs and external laboratories, interpret complex biomarker datasets, and translate biological hypotheses into clinically actionable approaches. Collaborate with Discovery Biology, Bioanalytical, and Clinical Pharmacology teams while providing scientific leadership on target engagement, pharmacodynamic response, and disease progression.

Leads biostatistical activities across Phase 1–3 clinical development programs, including trial design, modeling, simulations, analysis plans, statistical deliverables, regulatory documents, and agency interactions. Represents biostatistics on cross-functional teams, interprets results, oversees CROs and vendors, supports randomization and supply algorithms, and contributes to publications and presentations.

Leads pricing and contracting operations for a launch-stage biotech, including gross-to-net forecasting, rebate and chargeback processing, contract analytics, price governance, regulatory monitoring, BPO oversight, and SOX-aligned controls. Partners with Finance, Accounting, Market Access, and executive leadership on modeling, policy impacts, revenue-leakage mitigation, and product launch readiness. Builds scalable processes and mentors analysts as the function grows.

Leads global commercial Quality Control operations for an outsourced biopharmaceutical manufacturing and testing network. Oversees commercial release and stability testing, specifications, analytical method lifecycle management, external laboratory and CMO performance, investigations, CAPA, regulatory commitments, inspection readiness, and post-approval changes. Partners cross-functionally to support global market supply, compliance, data integrity, and scalable QC systems.

Leads drafting, reviewing, and negotiating biotechnology, clinical research, manufacturing, supply chain, commercial, and corporate agreements. Provides legal and compliance guidance across functional teams, supports the contracts management system, delivers training, improves contracting processes, manages multiple projects, and builds cross-functional business relationships within a growing biotechnology legal team.

Lead HR business partnering for R&D and Tech Ops & Quality, delivering strategic HR programs (talent acquisition, performance, compensation, succession, development), advising leaders on org design and change, driving employee relations and engagement, and implementing people processes to support business objectives across US and global organizations.

Lead execution of the U.S. HCP brand strategy for apitegromab, translating strategy into compliant HCP promotional tactics across personal and non-personal channels, partnering with field teams, agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure brand continuity and flawless commercial launch execution.
