Serve as the operational partner for the Next Wave Program Team, driving cross-functional program execution, meeting governance, information flow, risk mitigation, integrated planning, portfolio management, and scenario planning to advance early-to-mid stage drug programs from translation to Ph1/Ph2.

Lead end-to-end planning and execution of US and global congresses, medical/commercial meetings, and internal events. Manage budgets, vendors, compliance, onsite operations, stakeholder alignment, and post-event evaluation to drive strategic objectives and operational excellence.

The Sr. Director of Global Quality Control will lead the QC function, oversee external laboratories, and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
