Designs and maintains credit loss models, analytical solutions, data workflows, automated pipelines, reports, and dashboards supporting CECL, stress testing, underwriting, reserving, forecasting, and risk management. Partners with Finance, Risk, IT, Data Management, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Documents model development, testing, governance, and regulatory compliance activities while addressing data quality and reporting challenges.

Manages a middle-market credit portfolio, including underwriting, credit risk analysis, client relationship growth, loan negotiations, approval discussions, documentation, closings, renewals, and compliance. Evaluates financial statements, assigns risk grades, identifies mitigating factors, prepares underwriting materials, collaborates with Risk Management, and ensures adherence to regulatory, audit, and internal policy requirements.

Executes complex, risk-based IT audits and evaluates technology control design and operating effectiveness across applications, infrastructure, systems, and cloud environments. Reviews evidence, identifies control deficiencies and cybersecurity risks, documents testing, follows up on corrective actions, and drafts recommendations. Supervises and coaches junior auditors, reviews their workpapers, collaborates with stakeholders, and ensures compliance with audit methodologies and professional standards.
