As the leader of the Public Sector Majors Sales team, Eiffe nurtures her team members’ success by tapping into each one’s individual “why” while finding opportunities for them to grow. Anton Cardenas feels like he’s surrounded by all-stars when he shows up to work each day. He added that a strong work ethic doesn’t prevent sales team members from maintaining a healthy work-life balance. “Samsara understands that we aren’t revenue-producing robots,” Cardenas said. “This allows us to work diligently when we’re at work and recharge our batteries when we’re not.”

Grace Martin reached a point in her sales career at Samsara when she felt as though she was “in the wrong seat on the right bus.” Recognizing her potential, her manager and other leaders found an opportunity for her on the customer success team and helped her make the transition. “This was a moment I will never forget,” Martin said. She believes everyone wants to see their peers succeed, leveraging their unique backgrounds to positively impact the company’s customers. “It’s super rewarding to not only help customers learn about the platform, but see their excitement firsthand,” Martin said.
