Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, handling policy processing, renewals, endorsements, billing, claims support, and customer service. Build client relationships, support sales and retention efforts, collaborate with underwriters and producers, maintain accurate account data, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to process improvements.
