Support and scale recruiting for provider partnerships and clinical support: source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews, manage hiring manager relationships, maintain ATS and candidate experience, build recruiting systems, and grow into full-cycle recruiting and people management.

The Credentialing Specialist will manage provider enrollment and credentialing, optimize workflows, develop SOPs, ensure compliance, and support providers.

Serve as the first contact for older adults and caregivers, guiding them through intake, matching patients with therapists, coordinating care, documenting interactions in EHR/CRM, and providing empathetic emotional support while managing multiple cases.
