Leads earned value management, cost and schedule baseline development, estimate-at-complete analysis, and integrated master schedule management for DoD programs. The role coordinates across geographically distributed stakeholders and supports accurate, timely program deliverables.

Manage Saab’s U.S. import compliance framework, including customs entry review, HTS classification, broker coordination, temporary imports, duty-free entries, bonds, ACE activity, and recordkeeping. Develop import policies, SOPs, systems, and compliance KPIs while resolving classification, valuation, origin, and documentation issues. Coordinate with sites, brokers, forwarders, international affiliates, and export-control teams. The role requires process improvement, stakeholder communication, site assessments, and 5%–10% annual domestic or international travel.

Develop and optimize logistics strategies and material movements across U.S. locations and global supply chains. Manage freight and forwarding programs, monitor shipments from origin through delivery, coordinate with suppliers, brokers, 3PLs, government agencies, and internal teams, reduce logistics costs and risks, and create compliant logistics SOPs covering import and export requirements. Travel domestically up to 10% annually.

The Senior Software Engineer will design, implement, and maintain software for unmanned maritime vehicles, participating in all software product lifecycle stages and collaborating with engineering teams.

Leads the Subcontracts team and oversees complex subcontract development, negotiation, execution, administration, supplier performance, and compliance. Manages government contract flowdowns, audits, risk mitigation, supplier data, and strategic supply chain initiatives. Partners with cross-functional teams to support defense and aerospace programs while managing workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, and process improvement. Requires extensive subcontracting and government contracting expertise, leadership experience, financial analysis skills, and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.

Manage high-dollar subcontract procurements and SOWs, ensure FAR/DFARS/FAA compliance, negotiate supplier pricing and performance, execute subcontracts and related agreements, support proposal costing, supplier performance reviews, and cross-site (including international) coordination. Travel up to 5–10%.
