Rulex Benefits Overview

Rulex is like a family, where everyone is warmly welcome. The company headquarters are in Boston, while R&D is in Genoa, Italy, so there is a cross-cultural environment, which really works. Apart from American and Italian staff, in Rulex there are people from Germany, India and England, and some Italians who came back to Italy from abroad just to work for Rulex. We have a very low turnover rate - once you join you'll never want to leave. We enjoy company outings, barbecues, parties, play station games during the lunch break, pizza frenzies in Italy all together.
