Coordinates applied research studies by recruiting participants, managing IRB submissions and consent documentation, scheduling data collection, processing incentives, and supporting validity evidence. Conducts literature reviews, assists with conference submissions, supports acceptability testing and quality control, and communicates with participants and cross-functional teams. The role is remote with occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.

Lead the end-to-end UX and UI design of Riverside’s Reach assessment platform, a 0-to-1 product serving students, educators, and administrators. Responsibilities include user research, information architecture, workflows, prototypes, dashboards, design systems, accessible responsive interfaces, reports, developer handoff, and post-launch product evolution. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Psychometrics, and Content teams.

Own and build the sales enablement function, including codifying sales motions, designing rep training, measuring training efficacy and field adherence, and linking enablement performance to revenue outcomes. Partner with sales leadership and Product, deliver data-driven recommendations, and lead a small enablement team through hiring, coaching, and performance scorecards. The role is remote with occasional travel for team meetings or conferences.
