Perform lead generation and sales support for life sciences clients: outreach via phone, email, and in-person; support senior AEs on deals; attend industry events; maintain CRM records; collaborate with marketing and product; learn and communicate Rho's fintech value proposition.

Build Rho’s presence in the Miami and South Florida startup ecosystem through events, community programming, partnerships, and founder and VC relationships. Develop and execute an events roadmap, manage budgets and success metrics, lead end-to-end event execution, establish strategic ecosystem partnerships, engage Rho customers, and represent the brand. The role requires strong local startup networks, hands-on community-building experience, data-driven program optimization, and familiarity with B2B SaaS, fintech, or enterprise software.
