Collaborate cross-functionally (clinical, medical affairs, market access, analytics), manage external agencies, ensure compliance, control marketing budget, maintain disease/competitive expertise, and measure marketing effectiveness to drive customer behavior and launch success. Travel to office and conferences as needed.

Lead global finance launch and interim market controllership for new international entities. Develop and maintain launch playbooks, govern processes and controls, design operating models, run reporting and business review processes, and partner with Technical Accounting, Corporate Accounting, SEC, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, scalable finance operations.
