REsurety is a hybrid work environment where many employees come into the Boston-based office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday only but the office is open five days for those that want to come in more. On Monday afternoons we have freshly baked cookies at 4 pm; on Tuesday mornings we have fresh bagels and cream cheese (and sometimes quiche too) during our weekly company-wide stand-up; on Thursdays, we have a social gathering at 5 pm with drinks and snacks. We also have a team lunch brought in once a month.
