Assist the Discovery Team in growing Reedsy’s book reviewer community. Responsibilities include generating acquisition ideas, finding and contacting reviewers, managing automated email campaigns, writing conversion-focused copy, evaluating applications, and onboarding new reviewers. The internship also provides experience in marketing automation, conversion optimization, audience targeting, analytics, and community building.

Lead growth for Reedsy Studio by defining objectives, converting existing users, expanding audiences, running referral and advocacy campaigns, building affiliate and influencer networks, forming partnerships, creating branded content, organizing events, and testing community growth strategies. The role requires analyzing performance data and promoting Studio to writers through creative marketing initiatives.

Own and grow Reedsy’s social media presence by creating educational, inspirational, and entertaining content for writers and publishing professionals. Develop recurring formats, campaigns, and creative concepts; collaborate with writers and designers; track performance; and refine content strategy using audience insights. The role requires strong editorial judgment, analytical and creative skills, social campaign experience, excellent written English, and interest in publishing or the creator economy.
