Manage a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, owning onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, lead business reviews, advise stakeholders on Redpoint solutions, coordinate Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams, and identify risks and opportunities. Support customer data readiness, identity resolution, campaign orchestration, personalization, and AI use cases while communicating feedback internally and protecting customer value.

Implement Redpoint Customer Engagement Hub and RPDM ETL, data hygiene, and identity resolution. Build data ingestion/automation, troubleshoot client implementations, collaborate with development and project teams, and support product feature identification.
