Manage multiple DTC client accounts to develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, loyalty, and subscription. Build content calendars, brief creative teams, run A/B tests and automations, monitor performance, report to clients, troubleshoot ESP issues, and collaborate with Paid Media and Creative teams using ClickUp.

Develop performance-focused creative strategies and high-impact concepts (hook, angle, CTA) aligned to ROAS/CPA goals. Create actionable briefs, collaborate with media, creative, and account teams, analyze data to inform strategy, present to clients, and ensure quality of creative deliverables.

Design and execute conversion-focused email and SMS creative for a range of clients. Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, and channel leads to create on-brand, high-performing emails, conduct QA on deliverables, and stay current on email design best practices to drive engagement and revenue.

Manage client relationships and lead paid media strategy and execution for e-commerce and DTC clients. Coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze cross-channel performance, produce bi-weekly reports, and continuously optimize media mix to meet client growth objectives.

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, Discovery) for multiple clients. Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, bid adjustments, conversion tracking, A/B tests, and daily performance monitoring. Collaborate with account and creative teams, produce performance reports, and stay current on platform updates to drive growth-focused results.
