Manage and grow organic search performance with emphasis on local SEO for multiple locations. Oversee freelancers, run quarterly content audits, execute link-building, optimize GMB listings, and use analytics tools to report on SEO KPIs. Collaborate with marketing, design, development, and paid media teams while ensuring HIPAA/HITRUST compliance for healthcare-related content.

Manage daily administrative and operational functions for outpatient sites, supervising front-office staff, coordinating scheduling and patient intake, overseeing purchasing and cash handling, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and liaising with clinical leadership, vendors, and patients to maintain efficient, patient-centered operations.
