Leads multiple distributed engineering teams developing enterprise-scale Buildium software and AI-enabled capabilities. Owns delivery outcomes, strategic roadmaps, technical oversight, quality, operational excellence, vendor collaboration, and release readiness. Partners with Product, UX, QA, Architecture, and executive stakeholders to deliver scalable SaaS platforms. Builds and develops engineering leaders, manages organizational capacity, drives process improvements, and ensures predictable delivery across global teams.

Manage onboarding, integration, launch, and ongoing relationships for SaaS Marketplace partners. Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Marketing teams to resolve launch issues, support API-based integrations, monitor partner health and revenue, improve adoption, and identify growth opportunities. Maintain partner documentation, reporting, KPIs, and scalable operating processes while enabling customer-facing teams with partner guidance.

Defines enterprise, platform, and solution architecture strategies across multiple teams and business domains. Leads architecture reviews, governance, modernization, cloud adoption, scalability, security, and technical debt reduction. Designs complex end-to-end software solutions and establishes standards for reliability, performance, observability, and automation. Partners with engineering, product, security, infrastructure, and operations leaders while influencing technical direction without direct authority. Mentors senior engineers, technical leads, and architects.
