Own the end-to-end quality and release strategy for Raya’s iOS app. Lead automated and manual testing, regression coverage, release calendars, quality scorecards, readiness criteria, go/no-go decisions, App Store submissions, phased rollouts, and rollback processes. Manage release retrospectives, incident-driven improvements, third-party QA vendors, and cross-functional communication with engineering, product, and leadership.

Lead technical direction for Internal Tools, designing and building end-to-end front-end and back-end systems. Implement recommendation, ranking, and search capabilities, reduce technical debt with refactors, establish engineering standards, mentor engineers, and ensure secure admin interfaces and reusable tooling.

Lead design, build, and operate scalable backend services for Maps, Location, and Directory search. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, own product components, apply CI/CD and SDLC best practices, optimize data and query performance, and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data.

Own and harden cloud-native security across AWS/EKS and related systems. Triage and remediate scanner findings, embed security checks into CI/CD and PDLC, collaborate with DevOps and engineering, and expand guardrails to make security native to shipping workflows.
