Leads contaminated-site investigation, risk assessment, remediation planning, regulatory compliance, reporting, quality assurance, client communication, and project management under Massachusetts’ MCP. Provides technical and business leadership, manages multidisciplinary teams, coordinates with MassDEP and other stakeholders, mentors staff, develops client relationships, and supports business growth. The role requires a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional and extensive experience delivering environmental consulting and remediation projects.

Supports data center due diligence and early-stage planning as an assistant project manager. Coordinates multidisciplinary teams, schedules, budgets, action items, client communications, and deliverables. Reviews conceptual site plans and civil development factors including access, grading, stormwater, utilities, earthwork, permitting, and constraints. Prepares and quality-reviews reports, risk summaries, proposals, work plans, cost estimates, and technical deliverables for multiple concurrent projects.

Lead technical air quality projects, manage consultant staff, prepare air permit applications, perform emissions estimation and dispersion modeling, interpret federal/state air regulations, engage with clients and regulators, and mentor junior staff.
