Support clients adopting Microsoft technologies through stakeholder assessments, change plans, communications, training, sponsor engagement, champion networks, and reinforcement programs. Projects may involve Microsoft cloud, AI, infrastructure, data, application development, modernization, or migration solutions.

Build and deliver Azure and Microsoft Fabric data solutions for clients. Responsibilities include developing data pipelines with Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Fabric; writing SQL, Python, and PySpark; supporting data integration, testing, deployments, troubleshooting, CI/CD, and infrastructure management. The role involves consulting with client stakeholders, collaborating with architects and developers, and delivering modern data platforms and reporting solutions.

Designs and delivers end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions for clients. Responsibilities include Dataverse architecture, data and security models, environment strategies, plugins, integrations, workflows, customizations, Power Pages, technical workshops, risk mitigation, post-go-live support, sales scoping, and developer mentoring. The role also involves architecture leadership across multiple engagements and participation in Microsoft ecosystem events.

Supports the design, configuration, and implementation of Board EPM solutions for client planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics needs. Builds financial models and reporting applications, gathers requirements, assists with solution architecture and project delivery, creates documentation and training materials, and collaborates with clients and senior consultants on finance transformation initiatives.

Designs, implements, secures, and optimizes Microsoft Azure environments across multiple customer engagements. Responsibilities include Azure infrastructure and architecture, cloud operations, security, governance, troubleshooting, Infrastructure as Code, automation, CI/CD, modernization, incident response, and cost optimization. The consultant leads technical workshops, performs cloud assessments, advises stakeholders, and balances project delivery with support activities.

Design, build, and maintain scalable Azure data pipelines and platforms using Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Factory, and Microsoft Fabric. Implement IaC (Bicep/ARM/Terraform), CI/CD with Azure DevOps, monitor platform stability, optimize Spark jobs, and collaborate with architects and stakeholders to meet business requirements.

Lead new-net enterprise sales for Microsoft cloud and AI services. Hunt, create pipeline, engage C-suite, co-sell with Microsoft field teams, manage long complex deals and close multi-million-dollar transformational engagements in targeted industries.
