Lead and scale Shopping (PLA) and Text Ad paid search programs across Google and emerging engines. Own feed optimization, account structure, testing (titles/images), experimentation, analytics, and campaign performance to drive ecommerce customer acquisition and growth.

The Principal HubSpot Architect & CRM Admin will lead HubSpot as the core platform for revenue and customer strategy, managing architecture, automation, and integrations, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting strategic decisions through data insights.

Build and maintain Quince's compensation data environment: integrate HR systems, automate benchmarking and AI workflows, support comp reviews and equity approvals, analyze pay trends, and partner with Talent, Finance, and Legal on global comp strategy.
