Own customer relationships from implementation through ongoing operations and expansion. The role requires customer success or implementation experience, project management, data fluency, LLM familiarity, and HIPAA knowledge.

Leads and grows the engineering team, oversees customer implementations and product delivery, manages stakeholders, balances customization with core product development, and establishes engineering quality and reliability practices. The role also remains hands-on with TypeScript and Node.js coding, code reviews, debugging, and production support. Experience with AI products, healthcare workflows, HIPAA, EHR integrations, and early-stage startups is valuable.

Own customer-facing product development for Clara by supporting live accounts, translating stakeholder needs into product improvements, and shipping customer-specific changes. Build and modify conversational AI strategies, tune prompts and call flows, support onboarding and EHR integration discovery, coordinate go-lives, troubleshoot issues, and improve internal tooling and processes. Collaborate closely with customers, sales, clinical operations, compliance, customer success, and engineering teams.
