Supports PwC Deals diligence analytics projects through data gathering, analysis, research, visualization, data mining, algorithm development, and preparation of reports and presentations. The intern will use Alteryx and Power BI, integrate data from multiple sources, develop data-driven insights for clients, and learn from advisory professionals while contributing to cloud, data architecture, and AI-related initiatives.

Supports technology risk consulting teams by identifying technology, data, and cyber risks; developing governance, controls, and compliance solutions; assisting with secure platform engineering and architecture; analyzing business data; documenting processes; and contributing to digital transformation projects while learning client service practices.

Provides strategic consulting and financial guidance for cross-border engagements, including pricing, immigration, contracts, taxes, security, and compliance. Conducts international tax research, manages engagement risks, advises stakeholders, and builds relationships across member firms. Leads teams through ambiguity, coaches employees, validates outcomes, communicates complex issues clearly, and reinforces professional, technical, and independence standards.
