Lead visual UX designer responsible for crafting digital site designs and components, managing multiple interactive projects, maintaining existing experiences, creating documentation, presenting design rationale, ensuring brand/style compliance, managing timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating user-centered design.

Support development of purification processes for clinical-scale oligonucleotide manufacture. Evaluate purification options (column chromatography, membrane filtration, precipitation), work with purification and analytical teams, perform and document laboratory studies, and troubleshoot processes in a collaborative environment.

Provide advanced administrative support to mid/senior managers and VPs: manage calendars, travel, meetings, expense reports, payroll/budgets, prepare/edit presentations and reports, run projects, train or supervise staff, and communicate with executives and customers.

Provide high-level administrative support to a small team: manage calendars, schedule meetings and conferences, coordinate travel, process POs and expenses (SAP/Concur), handle confidential documents, vendor setup, office logistics, and event catering for domestic and international activities.

Design, implement, test, and tune real-time motion and safety control algorithms for a minimally invasive surgical robotic platform. Develop simulations, collaborate on subsystem requirements, participate in design reviews, and support V&V and product launch activities across multidisciplinary teams.
