Own a $2.5M ARR portfolio of enterprise and mid-market B2B SaaS customers. Build executive and user relationships, lead business reviews, drive product adoption and renewals, identify account risks, and uncover expansion opportunities. Use customer data, AI tools, and usage trends to recommend improvements. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Implementation, and Sales to resolve issues and improve customer outcomes. The hybrid Boston-area role includes more than 10 customer visits annually.

Lead Proton’s marketing strategy and team, with primary responsibility for generating qualified B2B pipeline and strengthening brand positioning in wholesale distribution. Own demand generation, ABM, content, events, customer marketing, product launches, messaging, outbound/BDR performance, marketing operations, budgets, and reporting. Develop AI-enabled marketing workflows, coach a lean team, and partner closely with Sales and the CEO to scale the company’s AI-powered SaaS platform.
