Provide high-volume technical support through phone, chat, and email for the CE Broker SaaS platform. Troubleshoot software bugs, navigation issues, and account questions; educate customers about account options; collaborate with AI support agents; maintain ticket resolution and customer satisfaction targets; surface product feedback; and improve internal support documentation.
