Lead Propelus’s Employer Growth Team across EverCheck and Immuware, owning revenue growth, pipeline creation, forecasting, territory coverage, sales processes, enablement, and team performance. The role manages eight direct reports and requires hands-on enterprise selling into hospitals and health systems, coaching, performance management, and development of outbound sales systems. The leader will also support new data solutions and a premium nursing module while partnering with Marketing and senior leadership in a PE-backed environment.

Own strategic relationships with government regulatory boards, state agencies, health departments, and associations. Align SaaS solutions with agency mandates, lead customized training, monitor engagement and compliance outcomes, identify churn risks, resolve complex account issues, and conduct executive business reviews. The role requires extensive B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience, preferably with government, healthcare compliance, licensing, or public-sector accounts.

Manage and develop a team of Customer Success Managers, improve retention and expansion, analyze customer health data, mitigate churn, optimize workflows, and present performance insights to leadership. The role oversees resource allocation, capacity planning, playbooks, training, renewals, upsells, and cross-functional customer success initiatives for high-value accounts.
