Serve as primary benefits support contact for assigned clients: answer system questions, resolve benefits issues, manage benefit system data (conversion, mapping, audits), advise on integrations/EDI, and ensure compliance with HR and benefits regulations.

Identify and close new enterprise clients within a territory through prospecting, relationship building with brokers/partners, demos, proposals, and full sales cycle management. Track activity in HubSpot, attend meetings and trade shows, maintain product and industry knowledge, and ensure smooth client transitions.
