Lead the strategy, architecture, and scaling of CI/CD and DevOps platforms across multiple product teams. Drives new business, revenue growth, and customer expansion for Sitefinity across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, territory planning, pipeline development, account management, executive engagement, consultative selling, complex opportunity management, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification, forecasting in Salesforce, and collaboration with sales engineering, marketing, customer success, professional services, and channel partners.

Develop and maintain acquisition-related financial models, forecast expenses, support the Corporate Development executive, prepare senior leadership analyses, and lead special finance projects. The role requires advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical communication, confidentiality, and effective prioritization. It also involves exploring AI tools to improve M&A diligence, planning, reporting, and finance processes.

Prepare and file sales, use, VAT, property tax, business license, and other regulatory returns across multiple jurisdictions. Reconcile tax liability accounts, research regulatory changes, respond to tax notices, support state audits, and conduct technical tax research. Collaborate with finance and sales teams, improve tax processes, prepare federal and state tax workpapers, and use AI technologies to streamline workflows.

Manage strategic relationships with key enterprise accounts, drive expansion and product adoption, support renewals, and achieve revenue targets. Partner with Key Account Managers to lead consultative sales cycles from discovery through negotiation and close. Responsibilities include solution and value selling, stakeholder relationship building, opportunity orchestration, forecasting, pipeline management, agreement administration, and commercial negotiations.

Own Federal Civilian, DOJ, and SLED accounts while driving new and expansion revenue. Lead complex enterprise software sales cycles, develop account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, and navigate public-sector procurement, contract vehicles, compliance, and funding cycles. Build executive and agency stakeholder relationships, coordinate RFPs and renewals, and collaborate with systems integrators, resellers, channel partners, and internal teams to close large public-sector deals.

Owns net-new and expansion revenue across state, local, and education (SLED) accounts. Leads complex enterprise software sales cycles, manages RFPs and contract renewals, develops account plans, maintains pipeline and forecasts, and ensures procurement compliance. Builds relationships with technical, procurement, and executive stakeholders while coordinating with channel partners and internal teams. Success is measured by bookings, pipeline health, forecast accuracy, account expansion, and executive relationship strength.

Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of core MarkLogic database features using C++. Build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems; optimize performance; debug complex server-side issues; and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product, development, QA, and documentation teams to deliver secure, high-quality database capabilities involving search, security, language runtimes, JavaScript integration, scalability, and reliability.
