Generous Parental Leave

We provide up to 12 weeks of parental leave for the primary caretaker. Privy also provides 4 weeks of leave for the secondary caretaker.

Flexible Work Schedule

Privy allows for flexible hours and locations for our employees. More than half the company works from home at least one day per week.

Remote Work Program

Some teams at Privy work from home at least one day every week, while others work from home occasionally, depending on role. We are flexible to our employees' needs.

Family Medical Leave

Employees who have been with the company for 12 months are eligible for 12 weeks of family medical leave.

Company sponsored family events

Families join us at our annual summer party, including kiddos! We also have a holiday party where employees are allowed a plus one.
