PrismHR is expanding their newly formed Demand Generation team and is looking for a talented marketing individual to help fuel their growth.  PrismHR is searching for a Marketing Campaign Manager to create, develop, execute and optimize integrated campaigns. This position requires someone who is results-driven, inquisitive, strategic, flexible, and collaborative.  There is a lot of freedom within the strategic creation for each program so being able to project manage the moving pieces to execution will be important.

Your primary responsibilities are to assist our client users with questions and issues pertaining to the application of the software. This includes resolving support requests, troubleshooting issues, replicating scenarios for developers to address and in-house testing of software. Occasionally train customers on components of the system.

As an HR Business Partner, you must demonstrate a strong business acumen and understanding of the technology industry (specifically Engineering/Software Development, Product Management, and/or Product Design),  as well as functional knowledge of all aspects of human resources management.  You will serve as a resource supporting employee engagement, employee relations, talent management, performance management and development strategies. You must have the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to impact continual improvements in business objectives.

PrismHR is looking for an experienced Sales and Partner Enablement Manager who will lead PrismHR’s efforts to quickly onboard and continually hone the skills of our Sales and Partner Sales’ teams.  In this role, you will work cross-functionally to create and manage onboarding, training and enablement for all PrismHR and selected Partner Sales related roles. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with subject matter experts to develop training, certification and delivery programs to help our Sales teams succeed. This position will have significant operational impact. Responsible for setting strategic direction, meeting objectives and developing the team.

This role will be responsible for owning all product marketing functions for a subset of modules within the PrismHR platform. You will help shape strategies and execute tactics to help us capture new customers and increase our existing footprint with current customers.  New products and modules - as new products are built, you will ensure successful launch of new products across product, sales, support and professional services.  Positioning and messaging – assist in setting the messaging strategy for key buyer personas and segments. Facilitate and create content for different stages of the sales cycle for those personas and segments. Content may include white papers, blogs, datasheets, presentations, demos and more.  Ongoing marketing campaign support – collaborate across the team and organization to help drive and grow revenue. You will be the expert on the buyer.

As a Director of Software Engineering at PrismHR, you’ll grow and lead high performance software engineering teams that consistently deliver on commitments with continuous quality and efficiency improvements. Initially, this role will have oversight over approximately 25 development engineers and contractors matrixed across 5 of our agile “product delivery teams,” with potential for more with success in the role and continued company growth. This position requires a demonstrated, hands-on leader with the ability to coach software engineers and managers in all phases of software development, including planning, coding, testing, troubleshooting, deployment and ongoing maintenance.  

The Sales Development Representative will focus on setting qualified appointments for our Sales team.  This is achieved through managing the lead lifecycle including, but not limited to: pre-call research and planning, cold calling, creating email-based communications, and following up on marketing generated leads.  The SDR will qualify all leads to meet basic qualification standards with the goal of closing for a meeting with aligned sales reps. This position can be located in either our Hopkinton, MA or Sarasota, FL offices.

As the PrismHR Marketplace owner, the Technical Product Manager is responsible for building a vision for our integration product offerings, working closely with our partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to help us grow the PrismHR Marketplace.

Reporting to the CIO, the Director of Enterprise Applications will own the roadmap, architecture, system development and support processes for PrismHR’s business applications.  This is a highly hands-on role in which you will manage a small team, provide hands-on innovation and enhancement to our core, cross-departmental enterprise applications, and partner with department administrators on best practice implementation and compliance guidelines for domain specific applications.  You will own the strategy for all of our business applications, partnering cross-functionally with key stakeholders and departmental administrators across Sales, Finance, Customer Support / Success, Marketing and Product Development.  Primary focus areas are Salesforce, Intacct and related / integrated financial and analytics systems. You’ll drive the vetting process for new enterprise applications, and provide oversight to all 3rd parties contracted to extend our business systems.

The Cloud Architect will be a member of the Infrastructure Operations team and will help drive the definition, design and implementation of technology reference implementations, shared components and/or core frameworks, with primary focus on core infrastructure services such as Networking, Security, Automation, and Service Management, in an AWS cloud setting.

As a Software Architect, you will have a hands-on role to drive the organization in delivering the next generation of SaaS solutions following Agile-based development methodologies.  You will engage with members of the software development team, product management, and senior management to create a vision and architecture that will support PrismHR’s strategy for growth. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively at multiple levels ranging from in the trenches with individual developers, to at the white board with senior developers, to around the boardroom table with senior executives and stakeholders. This means that you need to be comfortable and effective communicating in many different ways and advancing an agenda through personal credibility and influence.

As a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack)/Team Lead, you will work with web-based software development technologies, ranging all tiers of the application from Database to Front-End; as well as Lead and Mentor a full-stack team (2-4 Developers).  You will be a part of our Agile Development team in Hopkinton, MA to work on PrismHR’s flagship software products in SaaS, mobile, and on-premise environments.
