The role is site-based, predominantly outdoors, and provides practical experience in occupational safety, environmental health, and construction safety.

Supports contract administration across bidding, pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases. Maintains document versions, repositories, deadlines, contractual records, and project updates. Processes nondisclosure agreements, redacts documents, and tracks parent guarantees, bonds, and insurance certificates. Develops and improves the corporate quality management program for renewable energy EPC projects. Standardizes quality policies, procedures, documentation, and performance expectations; supports pre-construction reviews, engineering quality controls, project quality plans, inspections, audits, corrective actions, and root cause analyses. Partners with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, operations, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure quality requirements are integrated across solar, battery storage, transmission, and related infrastructure projects.

Leads site quality assurance and quality control for utility-scale PV and BESS construction projects. Develops Quality Plans and ITPs, manages inspections, audits, NCRs, corrective actions, documentation, commissioning, closeout, and turnover. Supervises site quality technicians, facilitates Lean Six Sigma improvement initiatives, trains field teams, coordinates with construction, engineering, commissioning, subcontractors, OEMs, owners, and clients, and serves as the primary on-site quality representative. Requires nationwide travel or relocation and rotational field assignments.

Coordinate utility-scale solar PV design from preliminary design through IFC drawings. Manage Engineers of Record, consultants, internal teams, RFIs, submittals, document control, site visits, procurement coordination, material approvals, technical contracting exhibits, and design reviews. Ensure compliance with client requirements, safety codes, constructability, operations considerations, and quality standards. Lead value engineering efforts, maintain project relationships, and support contracting and engineering awards. Travel is required up to 25%.

Manages the full lifecycle of EPC contracts and exhibits across multiple large-scale renewable energy and construction projects. Responsibilities include redlining, negotiating, coordinating SME reviews, document control, QA/QC, stakeholder communications, project closeout, process improvement, and LNTP agreement execution. The role interfaces with Legal, Risk, Engineering, Tax, and SCADA teams, while mentoring junior analysts and supporting commercial review activities.

Coordinate site material management and inventory for renewable energy construction projects. Manage transportation, vendor communication, receiving, documentation, and daily inventory reporting. Liaise between site teams and procurement, support compliance and quality, and maintain material trackers to keep construction schedules on target.

Review client SCADA specifications and drawings, solicit and manage SCADA vendor proposals, coordinate with substation/BESS/O&M teams, support commissioning and performance testing, troubleshoot operational sites, attend vendor training, and document/track issues through resolution.

Lead multiple utility-scale BESS projects from design through commercial operation, managing engineering, construction, schedules, budgets, contracts, procurement, safety, quality, and client/stakeholder relationships. Coordinate internal teams, potentially oversee several large EPC projects simultaneously, and travel extensively to industrial construction sites.

Support utility-scale solar, BESS, substation, and high-voltage construction projects by onboarding and mentoring field staff, tracking costs and schedules, managing RFIs/submittals/permits, coordinating engineering deliverables, assisting subcontractor compliance, producing redlines/record drawings, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and lessons learned.

Support Project Managers on utility-scale solar, BESS, and high-voltage projects by assisting with schedules, budgets, reporting, document control, coordination of engineering/construction/procurement/subcontractors, tracking progress and costs, managing change items, and supporting safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Lead design, construction, and completion of utility-scale BESS projects. Oversee engineering, procurement, schedules, contracts, finances, equipment selection, customer relationships, and project closeout. Collaborate with project controls, pre-construction, and supply chain; may manage multiple projects.
