Support daily operation and administration of Primark's U.S. Foreign Trade Zones, prepare FTZ import/export filings, manage inventory records, coordinate with internal teams and third-party partners, assist in PGA reporting, and support continuous improvement and compliance projects.

Lead Primark US corporate affairs, managing external and internal communications, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, crisis response, media relations, and reputation strategy to build brand awareness and trust during US expansion.

Lead US consumer insights to inform marketing and business strategy: run end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, build customer narratives and dashboards, translate insights into actionable recommendations, monitor brand and CX metrics, manage agencies and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive growth. Travel ~20%.

Provide EHS leadership across the US: implement and sustain compliance programs, advise senior management, develop EHS team and structures, manage audits, inspections, incident investigations, training, risk assessments, emergency preparedness and environmental initiatives, liaise with regulators and other country EHS teams, and drive behavioural safety and continuous improvement.

Manage and optimize in-store labor planning using the UKG Workforce Management System. Configure UKG, refine labor models, analyze daily labor distribution, produce reports and senior presentations, partner with retail and finance stakeholders, and drive productivity and scheduling improvements across stores.
