Manage full sales cycle from lead to close, build executive relationships, develop account strategies, drive adoption of Pluralsight, coordinate extended account team, manage pipeline and forecasting, and meet quota while supporting customer success.

Own the strategy, roadmap, packaging, and go-to-market evolution of Pluralsight’s AI, Cloud, and Security learning solutions. Design blended learning programs, define expert perspectives, identify content and lab components, monitor market needs, and use customer and learner data to improve outcomes. Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Curriculum, Engineering, and Services teams, support strategic enterprise deals, manage solution benchmarks, and drive adoption, renewals, and revenue growth.

Leads the marketing operations function, team, martech roadmap, lead management, CRM integrations, data architecture, campaign attribution, reporting infrastructure, and vendor governance. Partners with Revenue Operations, Analytics, IT, and Finance to maintain reliable GTM data flows, improve data quality, and support scalable revenue growth. Manages technical professionals and leads technology transformation and re-platforming initiatives.
