Offers 401(K)
Pixability's 401(k) retirement plan offers a broad selection of stocks, bonds and international index funds to choose from.
Offers life insurance
Pixability offers Basic Life Insurance that pays out 1x an employee's salary. Pixability allows employees to purchase additional Voluntary Life Insurance that is above and beyond Basic Life coverage.
Offers disability insurance
Pixability offers Short-Term (weekly maximum: $2,000) and Long-Term (monthly maximum: $10,000) Disability. Both STD and LTD are 60% of an employee's annual salary. The premiums are covered 100%.
Offers childcare benefits
Pixability offers a Dependent Care Account, which allows employees to pay for childcare costs. Pixability also has a flexible work schedule to allow working parents to be with their children.
Offers generous parental leave
Pixability offers up to 12 weeks of paid maternity leave and 4 weeks of paid paternity leave for new parents with at least six months of service.

Pixability offers stock options through its employee profit sharing program, including vesting over a four-year period.

Pixability's dental plan covers 100% of preventative care. It also includes a rollover benefit to help offset high out-of-pocket costs. Pixability covers 50% of the premium.

Pixability's medical plan provide 100% coverage for preventative care. The plan covers 70% of the premium. The first half of the medical deductible is covered with a Health Reimbursement Arrangement.

Pixability utilizes our benefits carriers for many of the mental health resources, including webinars, the EAP, and discounts. The Culture Committee also plans programs around mental health.
Offers Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Pixability's Health Flexible Spending Account (FSA) helps employees cover out-of-pocket medical expenses with pre-tax contribution of up to $2,850 annually.

Pixability's vision plan provides 100% coverage for annual eye exams. The plan provides an allowance for frames and contacts up to $130 and a 20% on top of that. Pixability covers 75% of the premium.
