Design and build scalable, reliable backend services in Python to support task planning and robotic workflows. Develop event-driven, messaging-based systems, collaborate with robotics engineers to integrate backend with hardware, improve performance and maintainability, and participate in code reviews and architecture decisions.

The Physical AI Architect will design and oversee the implementation of perception, planning, and control systems in robotics, focusing on optimal control and diffusion-based AI techniques while ensuring successful hardware integration.

The Simulation Software Engineer will develop and maintain simulation environments, improve workflows, and ensure reliability and accessibility of robotics simulations.

Manage and grow a motion planning software team for warehouse robotics. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, align roadmap with product, develop and review algorithms, ensure safe high-performance behavior in simulation and on real robots, and own team deliverables.
