Supports architectural design projects from schematic design through construction documents under routine guidance. Assists with design concepts, product and material research, client presentations, modeling, documentation, code compliance, consultant coordination, and design reviews. Uses Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, visualization, environmental analysis, and presentation tools while maintaining accurate, organized project work. Requires a bachelor's degree in architecture or a related discipline and participation in AXP or the ARE process.

The Senior Urban Designer leads design processes, manages project teams, coordinates with stakeholders, and develops strategic urban planning options while ensuring quality standards and financial goals are met.

Contribute to architectural project teams by creating design concepts, producing drawings for schematic through construction phases, researching products and materials, preparing presentation materials, coordinating with consultants, and supporting construction administration. Use BIM and visualization tools, perform site analysis and life-safety checks, participate in reviews and charettes, and take increasing ownership of project tasks while pursuing professional credentials.
