Designs, synthesizes, purifies, and formulates radiotracers for preclinical PET/SPECT imaging and therapeutic studies. Operates HPLC/Radio-TLC and automated synthesis units, analyzes data, maintains records, troubleshoots radiochemistry workflows, mentors junior staff, and supports cross-functional study execution and reporting.

Coordinates clinical imaging data for global clinical research trials, including data entry, tracking, reconciliation, quality review, electronic transfer, troubleshooting, and file maintenance for PET, SPECT, CT, and MRI data. Communicates with internal teams and research centers, resolves transfer and access issues, maintains data integrity, and ensures adherence to study timelines and imaging protocols.

Manages clinical data management deliverables for assigned clinical trials. Responsibilities include study setup, database specifications, edit check development and review, discrepancy resolution, data reconciliation, documentation, ancillary data processing, data quality monitoring, issue tracking, sponsor communication, and compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Lead scientific and operational delivery of image analysis and radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT) across clinical trials. Provide scientific leadership on modelling, dosimetry, methods, and regulatory readiness; oversee data delivery, standards, SOPs, and quality; manage and develop a global Image Analysis team; serve as primary scientific contact for sponsors and stakeholders.

Lead a business analysis team to define, prioritize, and manage requirements for complex life-sciences initiatives. Drive process improvements, user-centric evaluations, stakeholder engagement, and performance management. Oversee BA methods, develop standards, mentor staff, and ensure delivery of effective solutions in clinical data management and related domains.
